IGCSE Computer Science Exam Prep
Structured preparation for Cambridge IGCSE Computer Science (0478) — theory and programming papers, taught in small groups by instructors who know the syllabus inside out.
Built around the real Cambridge syllabus
Our IGCSE Computer Science prep course is mapped directly to the current Cambridge IGCSE 0478 syllabus (2026–2028) — not invented content. Students cover both Paper 1 (Computer Systems theory) and Paper 2 (Algorithms, Programming and Logic), building the exam technique and the practical programming confidence the papers demand.
The course runs in three progressive levels and is designed to complement and reinforce what students learn at school — with realistic, timed mock exams using real past papers so nothing in the exam hall comes as a surprise.
What the course covers
Across the three levels, students master every assessed topic area:
- Data representation — binary, hexadecimal, text, images and sound
- Computer architecture, memory and storage
- Networks, the internet and cyber security
- Algorithms — design, tracing, and standard methods
- Programming in Python — the full Paper 2 skill set
- Databases and SQL fundamentals
- Boolean logic and logic gates
- Timed mock exams with real past papers
