How Programmers Zone collects and protects your family's information, and the terms that apply when you enrol with us.
Your privacy matters to us
Programmers Zone FZ LLC ("Programmers Zone", "we", "us") operates coding, robotics and AI education programs for children in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and enrolment process, and how we use and protect it.
1. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, book a free trial, register for a camp or enrol in a course, we collect the details you provide: parent or guardian name, contact number and email address, your child's name and age, school name, and any preferred dates or times you select. If you purchase from us, payment is processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card details.
2. Children's information
We only collect a child's information from a parent or legal guardian, and only what is needed to place the child in the right age group and class. We never collect information directly from children, and we never use a child's information for marketing.
3. How we use your information
We use your details to respond to enquiries, schedule trial classes and confirm bookings, manage enrolments and class registers, issue certificates, process payments and invoices, and send you information about term dates, camps and programs you have asked about. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.
4. Photos and videos of students
We sometimes photograph or film classes, showcases and camps for our website and social media. We will only feature your child in such material with your consent, which you may give or withdraw at any time by contacting us.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our website platform, payment processors and communication tools — and only to the extent needed to provide our services, or where the law requires us to disclose it.
6. Data storage and security
Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by UAE law.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses essential cookies to make the site work (such as remembering your language) and basic analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of visitors.
8. Your rights and contact

Terms of enrolment
These terms apply to all Programmers Zone courses, camps, workshops and trial classes. By enrolling your child, you agree to the terms below.
1. Enrolment and age groups
Places are confirmed once registration details are received and fees are paid. Children are placed in the age tier that matches their age and experience — Discoverers (5–7), Explorers (8–9), Innovators (10–13) and Tech Leaders (14+) — and we may recommend a different level after the first sessions if it better suits the child.
2. Fees and payment
Course and camp fees are stated at the time of booking and are payable in advance. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. A place is only reserved once payment is received.
3. Trial classes
Free trial classes run for approximately 20–30 minutes and are subject to availability. A trial booking request is a preference, not a confirmed reservation, until our team confirms the slot with you.
4. Missed sessions and make-ups
If your child cannot attend a session, please inform us at least 8 hours in advance — we will then arrange a make-up session. Sessions missed without notice cannot be guaranteed a make-up.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations before the start of a course or camp are eligible for a refund of unused fees, less any non-refundable registration or materials costs. Once a level or camp has started, fees for the remaining sessions are refundable only at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
6. Devices and materials
Students bring their own iPad or laptop to sessions so their work is saved between classes, unless we tell you otherwise for a specific course. Robotics and electronics kits used in class are provided by us and remain our property.
7. Conduct and safety
We keep classes small and supervised at all times. We expect students to treat instructors, classmates and equipment with respect; repeated disruptive behaviour may result in a child being withdrawn from a program after discussion with the parent.
8. Certificates
Students receive a certificate on completion of each course level. Certification exam fees for external bodies (such as the Python Institute or CompTIA) are not included in course fees unless expressly stated.
9. Liability
While we take every reasonable care of students during sessions, Programmers Zone is not liable for loss or damage to personal devices and belongings brought to the centre, except where caused by our negligence.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
